Here is an overview of my relevant professional experience.
Sep 2022 – until now | Apifonica | Tenios
As a Voicebot and Conversation Designer, I am responsible for most of the whole creation process. I take part in business meetings with future clients to better understand their pains and needs, and to establish requirements and KPIs. Then I design and implement the conversation, ultimately preparing the VB for further integration. This includes flow logic, but also setting up various params, conditions, even writing custom scripts. I also take care of the maintenance, analysis, and reporting part to ensure goals and expectations are met. Additionally, I am also partially involved in the development of our custom VB builder platform.
● Building effective, goal-oriented conversation scenarios
● Creative copywriting, including creation of bot persona and appropriate bot responses
● Implementing the conversation using a custom platform or Google Dialogflow
● Formation and filling of dictionaries and libraries of phrases and speech patterns
● Creating flow logic and conditions through custom scripts (JavaScript)
● Setting up simple integration with external systems, mostly based on REST API
● Improving dialogue scripts based on experiments, metrics, history of communication between bot and users
● Conducting experiments to increase conversion

Aug 2017 – Aug 2022 | Samsung R&D Poland
I was hired as a Language Expert with German in 2017, but quickly moved to another team where we were tasked with writing formal grammars, and later developing and localizing Bixby capsules, first for home appliances, then mobile phones. In 2020 we expanded our team, and I was tasked with the onboarding of around 30 new hires.

Sep 2016 – Jul 2017 | Primaris
It’s where in 2016 my IT adventure began. As a Business Consultant, I was the first line support for a custom-made Project Management platform, responsible for implementing the tool for various business clients, data maintenance and technical support, as well as the full creation of the technical documentation.
Nov 2015 – Feb 2017 | Turkusowa Wieża
Fascinated by alternative education systems and methods, I was part of a team who planned out and created a whole new school from scratch. The process took a year, and I ended up teaching elements of Polish, Astronomy, and Anatomy in a free, democratic, Montessori and NVC-based environment. I had the chance to attend multiple workshops on NVC, alternative education, as well as teal organisations and non-hierarchic work structures.
Sep 2013 – Aug 2016 | Raszyńska
As a Polish teacher in the secondary school Raszyńska, I conducted regular Polish classes based on the national curriculum, and provided individual tutoring for children with special needs.
