My name is Finka Heynemann. I am a computational linguist
with over 7 years of experience in the NLP field,
now working as a voicebot and conversation designer.

Voicebots

With in-depth business understanding, I can identify pains, needs, and areas for potential automation. Having the necessary technical experience, I know how to implement voicebots, and prepare them for further integration.

Conversation Design

It’s not enough to take care of the technical part of a VB, you need the conversation to be properly designed too. I know how to guide the user ethically, gather relevant input, and make the experience pleasant and efficient.

NLP

During my 5 years of developing a speech assistant, I learned much about text processing and AI training, as well as using and writing my own scripts, basics of Ruby, Python, Git, bash, and regular expressions.

Languages

I love learning languages, and about languages! I am bilingual with Polish and German, I speak fluent English, and currently I am learning Portuguese and Hindi. It may be odd, but I deeply enjoy correcting and editing PL texts.
