Tenios (and me!) @ CCW in Berlin

The CCW in Berlin is an annual trade fair for customer contact and customer management. This year I was invited to hold a presentation along with the CEO of Tenios, Stefan Kovacs. The topic was “Beginnt jetzt die Voicebot-Ära? – Einblicke in die Zukunft der Kundeninteraktion” (“Is the voicebot era beginning now? – Insights into the future of customer interaction”).

I think it’s safe to say, we did a fantastic job! Here is us making last preparations for the speech, and having real fun doing it 🙂

I have to admit, I was quite busy during these days. Not only had we to prepare for the speech. We wanted to show something exceptional, a new voicebot demo. Hence, we came up with Antonio, a virtual assistant helping you to book a table at an Italian restaurant. The idea here is to prove how a simple voicebot can enhance customer experience, and update internal systems in real time.

The conversation itself is not really complicated, but let me tell you – the workings behind it are really impressive. Our IT team spent a lot of time and effort to perfect our own in-house entity extraction solution, and then to make it pretty and easily visible for anyone trying out the voicebot.

You are welcome to visit https://crmbot.tenios.de/ to try out our VB yourself! And you can have a look at a little video here to see how our booth looked like at the CCW. I’d say everything went better than well! I hope for another great fair next year.
